always always plan on your o/s taking a dump on you as even us were not meant to live foreever. since your probabely using your o/s for everything you do daily (inlcuding screwing around), it maybe wise to setup a dual boot system to make an o/s for games and shareware installs and the other o/s for business/school

I ordered Vista Ultimate today, and plan on installing 64 bit Vista to dual boot with XP Pro and play around with it.
